PREORDERS

If an item is available as preorder only, it will be clearly labelled with:

The estimated shipping window for preorder items is usually listed in the product description. As a general estimate, we aim to have preorder items shipped within 3–4 months of ordering.

We appreciate your patience and support during the production process.


SHIPPING TIMES

Once your order has shipped and you receive a dispatch confirmation email, delivery usually takes between 5–14 business days depending on your location and local postal service.

Shipping times may vary depending on customs processing and regional delivery conditions.


TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow a short period for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.


IMPORT DUTY & CUSTOMS

Import fees, customs charges, and local taxes are not included at checkout.

Depending on your country, you may be charged additional import fees once the parcel arrives. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Unfortunately we are unable to control or predict customs fees.


MY ORDER HASN’T ARRIVED

If your order appears delayed, please first check your tracking information. International shipping can occasionally experience delays due to customs or local postal services.

If you believe there is an issue with your order, feel free to contact us and we’ll do our best to help.


DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us.

We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At this time, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us first before returning anything.
